AT&T Foundation Grants $50,000 to American Indian College Fund for Student Scholarships

January 31, 2008— Denver, Colo. —The AT&T Foundation provided a $50,000 grant to the American Indian College Fund (the Fund) through its Tribal College Program.

Laura Sanford, President for the AT&T Foundation, said the donation will benefit tribal college students studying math, science, technology, and business through the AT&T Foundation Tribal College Scholarship Program established with the American Indian College Fund.

Richard B. Williams, president and CEO of the Fund, said, “The AT&T Foundation's generosity will help support and increase the number of American Indian students studying the science, technology, mathematics, and business fields, and is helping to make a difference in American Indian student's lives.”
